We provide a next-day service based on your scheduled trash pick up day. Once your bins are empty we clean and sanitize your empty bins. This curbside service in done in the street and the waste water is taken with us in a self-contained unit.

Bin Buddy operates its sanitation from 8AM - 8PM to assure your cans are emptied before we arrive. My Route Pro (MRP) is our routing service that aligns the fastest route to take care of all customers, you can use this app via mobile or desktop to see where your Bin Buddy truck is at.

Bin Buddy is a subscription based format. We uses My Route Pro (MRP) as our customer portal so customers can make payments safely through My Route Pro which is partnered with Fidelity. 

All personal and confidential information including payment information is safely stored through My Route Pro and can not be accessed by anyone from Bin Buddy or MRP. Bin Buddy uses a trustworthy and safe business code and ethics.
